Theodora “Theo” Sterling (she/her) is a queer writer from Alberta who always carries a fountain pen and journal everywhere she goes. She occasionally posts poems (and cat pictures) on Instagram and Substack.
When she’s not writing, Theo enjoys attending local open mics and literary events, helping fellow writers with their work, listening to metal music, reading, and exploring her city. She also spends a lot of time with her partner and her rather large, loving cat.
