On July 16, 2025, I will be attending the Writers’ Guild of Alberta pub night as one of the night’s featured readers.

I’m so very excited to share that my poem “When” was selected for publication by Funicular Magazine. They are an award-winning literary magazine based here in Edmonton. I feel so lucky to have my work featured in their publication.

Myself along with a few other past and present writers who have had their writing featured in Funicular will be reading some of their work.

I’m very excited for this event. This is the second time I’ve been a featured reader since starting to treat my writing seriously. It’s such a wonderful opportunity, and I can’t wait to see new and familiar faces that night.

The WGA Free Pub Night will be at Rooster Kitchen on Whyte Ave on Wednesday July 16. Readings start at 7pm, Open Mic starts around 8pm.
