As a side project, I tackled a website redesign project for Champion Tattoo Inc. in Sherwood Park, Alberta. The redesign aimed to create a more user-friendly website that showcases the shop’s unique style and offerings while improving its overall functionality.
This website redesign project aimed at addressing several issues I have identified with Champion Tattoo’s previous website, including:
- Outdated design and layout
- Poor navigation and user experience
- Lack of mobile responsiveness
- Inadequate content organization and presentation
Addressing Key Issues
To address these issues, I worked hard to create a new and improved website that will better serve Champion Tattoo’s clients. Here are some of the key features of the new website:
- Modern design: Champion Tattoo’s new website has a modern, clean, and visually appealing design that is more in line with current design trends. This will help them to better showcase their tattoo shop’s unique style, personality, and experience.
- Improved navigation: I have restructured Champion Tattoo’s website’s navigation to make it more intuitive and user-friendly. This will make it easier for their clients to find the information they need and to book tattoo appointments.
- Mobile responsiveness: Champion Tattoo’s new website is fully optimized for mobile devices, ensuring that their clients have a great experience no matter what device they are using.
- Better content organization: I took a more strategic approach to organizing Champion Tattoo’s website’s content. That way, it is easier for their clients to find what they are looking for. This includes creating clear categories and sections, as well as implementing a strong CTA on every page.
I am proud of the result and believe the new website will be a great tool for the shop to attract new clients and showcase their incredible work. Working with such a talented tattoo shop was a pleasure, and I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their success.
