In Misplaced Keys Volume 3, Theo J. Sterling explores a more confessional style of poetry. With a bare bones layout, designed with the help of a 1960s typewriter, Theo recreates a sort of digital journal dedicated to her personal experiences with city, rural, and domestic life. Here the pages are lined, with typewritten poems overlayed to embody of junk journal style of zine.

Misplaced Keys Volume 3 is an exploratory, literary experiment created independently by Theo J. Sterling.

Theodora “Theo” Sterling (she/her) is a queer poet from rural Alberta, Canada and a University of Alberta BA’19 alumni. Theo has previously been published in literary magazines such as FEELS Zine, Petal Projections, Snowflake Magazine, and The Taborian; she has also worked as a volunteer editorial assistant for Divinations Magazine.
